We hope you love your ÌYÁBELLE pieces. If something is not quite right, you may return or exchange an eligible item by following the policy below.

You must tell us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To start a return or exchange, use our returns portal:

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, choose the item and your reason, and we will review your request. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address by email. Please do not send anything back until your request has been approved.

If you have any trouble using the portal, email hello@iyabelle.com with your order number and we will help.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, except for trying them on
• Unwashed
• Free from marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume and body odour
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit

Please take care when trying on light-coloured clothing. We may reduce the refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its fit and appearance.

Pre-order items follow the same returns policy as in-stock items. You may request a cancellation before dispatch, or return the item after delivery in line with this policy.

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as full-priced items, unless they were clearly sold as faulty and the fault was disclosed before purchase.

You are responsible for return postage when returning an unwanted or incorrectly sized item. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for a return until it has reached us.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before returning it. Where confirmed, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item, or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show it.

For a full-order cancellation, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded. Any extra paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable. Original delivery charges are not refunded when only part of an order is returned.

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, use the returns portal above and choose “Exchange” when submitting your request. We will confirm availability and send you the return instructions.

As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement will be available. If it is not, we will offer a refund instead.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email hello@iyabelle.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Do not return the item until you have received instructions from us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned because the delivery details provided were incorrect, any return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted. Original shipping charges are not refunded where delivery was attempted correctly but the parcel was refused or left uncollected.
